Credentials

Instructor expertise ranges from Attorneys, Licensed Customs Brokers, prior CBP staff, Certified Customs Specialist. Each with over 20 years of experience in the trade. In addition, the majority of the instructors are accomplished writers considering that they have either authored trade-related books or written numerous trade-related articles. They are also members of various associations and boards such as the International Compliance Professional Association (ICPA), International Trade Association of Greater Chicago (“ITA/GC”), and the World Customs Organization’s SAFE Working Group just to mention a few. Their areas of expertise range from international trade (compliance, management, and logistics) to international customer service and global security.
