  • Any other current or future products or services offered by GTC

By accessing any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms regardless of how you interact with GTC.

3. Modifications

GTC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases and registrations are subject to our Terms of Attendance, which govern payment terms, refund eligibility, course access, cancellations, and substitutions. You must acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Attendance prior to completing a transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, course materials, designs, graphics, videos, audio recordings, software, AI models, tools, chatbots, digital assistants, and all other intellectual property related to GTC Services are the sole property of GTC or its licensors.

GTC also owns and reserves all rights to trademarks and proprietary service offerings, including but not limited to TradeGeeks™, proprietary AI tools, branded applications, and course frameworks. These may not be copied, reverse-engineered, reused, or redistributed without prior written consent.

6. User Content & Conduct

You may have the ability to submit, upload, or share content (such as comments, posts, discussions, or feedback) within our platform or community spaces. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting, you grant GTC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for educational, operational, and promotional purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post defamatory, harassing, or offensive material
  • Use the platform to transmit malware or spam
  • Misuse AI or automated tools to generate prohibited content

7. Community Tools & AI Features

GTC may offer community-based services such as the TradeGeeks™ community, discussion boards, and member forums. In addition, we may provide AI-powered features such as chatbots or digital assistants, available through our platform or as part of subscription-based services.

These tools are subject to the same rules, restrictions, and protections set forth in these Terms and related policies. By interacting with these tools, you:

  • Acknowledge that interactions may be monitored or logged for support, improvement, and compliance
  • Agree that your prompts and questions may be used to train or fine-tune AI systems exclusively within GTC’s secured environment and never shared with third parties
  • Understand that AI tools are provided for educational purposes and not legal advice

You may not reverse-engineer, harvest, or otherwise misuse any AI or community tools.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our content or tools.

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors or omissions in content
  • Downtime or interruptions
  • User decisions made based on AI outputs or course content
  • Third-party links or platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

GTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its Services for violations of these Terms, misuse, or other conduct deemed harmful to our organization, users, or content integrity.
