All course content—including slides, case studies, exercises, methodologies, templates, and platform features—is proprietary to Global Training Center (GTC). Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, perform, create derivative works from, or use any of these materials—digitally or in print—for any purpose outside their personal, internal professional development. Unauthorized use will result in immediate loss of access and may expose the participant to legal claims including injunctive relief and damages.

Cancellation Policy

CAN’T MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED SEMINAR/WEBINAR? You may send a substitute even at the last minute at no charge. For a refund, the cancellation notice must be received in writing thirty (30) or more days prior to the class date. Please send a cancellation notice to contact@globaltrainingcenter.com. Please be aware that refunds issued will be subject to the processing fees if paid by credit card and any shipping fees and cost of materials provided.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations/transfers received within thirty (30) days of a course date. Cancellations/transfers received within thirty (30) days of the class are subject to a $125 fee per class. Once the fee is paid, you may then transfer to another class date within one full year. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed attendees who do not attend their scheduled course are liable for the entire registration fee unless prior written notification is given to the Global Training Center office.

Global Training Center shall not be responsible for cancellation or delay in providing training services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; strikes or other labor disturbances; equipment failure; delays in transportation; war; acts of terrorism; riot; epidemics; disease; national or regional emergency; government order; floods; fires; unusually severe weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the purchase of the training event(s) was made.

Seminar Confirmations

Please contact our office if you do not receive a seminar confirmation at least two weeks before the seminar. We recommend you do not make travel arrangements until you receive a seminar confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any training class in the absence of quorum participants. If cancellation occurs, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee or be provided with an option to transfer to another date. Attendees will be notified via email. In the event of a cancellation, Global Training Center cannot be held liable for expenses incurred, such as travel or other related costs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Makeup of Partial Course

If you could only attend part of a course, we do not allow the makeup of a partial course. If you are signed up for a multi-day course, you must attend your scheduled course dates. We do not allow transfers of a partial course.

Force Majeure

GTC and participants are excused from performance if due to causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, network failures, pandemic-related restrictions), provided the affected party notifies the other promptly. GTC will offer comparable rescheduling.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GTC provides information and training “as-is.” While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties—express or implied—regarding the content. GTC and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your attendance, reliance on the materials, or inability to attend.

Privacy & Use of Personal Data

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with GTC’s Privacy Policy. Note that webcams must be on during webinars as described above.

Intellectual Property & Use of Recordings

All course content—including but not limited to video recordings, slide decks, handouts, templates, exercises, case studies, training methodologies, and platform features—is the exclusive property of Global Training Center, Inc. (GTC) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By participating in any GTC training course (live or recorded), you agree to the following:

• Recording Restrictions: You may not record, copy, photograph, download, or otherwise capture any portion of the training (audio, video, screen, or chat content) without GTC’s prior written consent.
• Use of Participant Recordings: GTC may record live sessions for internal use, quality improvement, or limited redistribution to registered participants. Your participation in live or recorded sessions constitutes consent to appear in such recordings, unless you opt out in advance by contacting us.
• AI Learning and Content Curation: GTC may use anonymized and de-identified interactions from training sessions, including participant-submitted questions, chat discussions, and polling responses, to enhance the development of educational tools, including artificial intelligence (AI)-powered learning assistants or chatbots. These tools are designed to help users access curated, expert-verified trade compliance information. No personally identifiable information (PII) will be used without additional consent.
• Commercial Use Prohibited: You may not use GTC’s training materials—including language, structure, methodology, or examples—for any external, commercial, or client-facing purposes unless you have received written permission or licensing from GTC.
• No Sharing or Redistribution: You may not share course access links, login credentials, or downloaded materials with others. Doing so may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

GTC reserves the right to pursue legal action and revoke access without refund in the event of a violation of this policy.

Acceptance of Terms

Registration constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and agree to GTC’s Policies, including these Terms of Attendance, Confidentiality Rules, and Refund/Cancellation Policy. This acceptance is a binding contractual agreement.
