Any Mode Transportation Rules – Part 2

Part 2 of the discussion of the Incoterms Rules takes us through the remaining “Any Mode” terms. We will be covering: Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP), Delivered At Terminal (DAT), Delivered At Place (DAP), and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) .  These terms are defined and described as to the seller’s and buyer’s responsibility along the transportation process for the goods.
