Any Mode Transportation Rules – Part 1

Part 1 of the discussion of the Incoterms Rules takes us through the “Any Mode” terms. We will be covering: Ex-Works (EXW), Free CArrier (FCA), and Carriage Paid To (CPT).  These terms are defined and described as to the seller’s and buyer’s responsibility along the transportation process for the goods.
