Day 3: The Final Lap – Trade Remedies, Antidumping & Section 232 Tariffs

Overview of antidumping duties (ADD) and countervailing duties (CVD) as they apply to auto parts
Examination of Section 232 tariffs and their broader implications on imports of steel, aluminum, and automobiles
Development of compliance strategies to mitigate financial and regulatory risks, with an introductory session on USMCA implications
