Seminar Policy:

CAN’T MAKE YOUR SCHEDULED SEMINAR? Please call 1-800-860-5030. If payment has been made and you are unable to attend your class, you can always send a substitute even at the last minute. Transfers to another class must be made two weeks prior to class date. Transfer fee of $125 will apply if transfer is requested less than two weeks prior to class date.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Global will issue a complete refund if you cancel up to two weeks before your class begins. Please note, however, that cancellations received less than two weeks before the class can be converted into a tuition credit for $125. Then you may transfer to another date/location or choose another class to attend within a full year. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed attendees who do not attend their scheduled class are liable for the entire fee, unless prior notification is given to the Global Training office.
